- How long will it take until my order is shipped?
During Covid 19, we are shipping as normal. Minor delays are happening internationally. Most orders take 24-48 hours to process (excluding holidays).
- What shipping service do you use?
We ship all of our items with US Postal Service. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an automated email including your USPS tracking number. We insure shipments on all orders. For legal purposes, the value of your shipment is non-negotiable and must directly reflect the cost of the jewelry.
- Am I charged sales tax?
Sales tax is only charged to orders being shipped within the state of California.
- Do you pay customs taxes/fees/duties?
For all international orders, please note that the consumer is responsible for any tax and duty fees on orders required to go through customs. We are unable to pre-calculate this fee for you as the cost is determined by each country’s customs.
- Can I cancel my order?
If you cancel your order before you receive the shipping confirmation email, you will receive a refund. After that, you may return it once you receive the package for the full refund.
- Can you help if my package is lost?
Yes, all packages are insured. We'll help you to claim the loss.
- What is your ring sizing?
Most of our rings are adjustable, fit standard US sizes 6-8.
- What is your cuff bracelet sizing?
All bracelets are slightly adjustable, fit wrist 6-8 inches.
- Are your gemstones genuine?
We use authentic gemstones unless specified otherwise. Please note that no two stones are alike. They can slightly vary in color and size, as well as contain imperfections, due to their natural state. Our gemstones are ethically sourced around the world.
- What to do if the stone fell out?
Please send it back for the repair or a replacement.
- Is it 100% sterling silver or silver plated?
It's 100% sterling silver.
